Add your public review link

Short answer: Open the location, find Review & contact links under WHERE TO SEND CUSTOMERS, add a review site and select Save changes. Every customer is then offered a public review link, whatever they rated you.

Where do I find my public review link?

For Google, the best one is the direct link to your review box. Signed in to Google as the business owner, search your business name, choose the option to ask for reviews and copy the link. It looks like https://g.page/r/.../review. A regular Google Maps link to your profile also works; it's one extra tap for the customer. Another review site works the same way: copy the page where a customer can leave a review.

Where does it go?

Each location has its own links. Go to Locations, pick the location, add the link under Review & contact links and select Save changes. You can add up to 5 sites. Then scan your QR code and check it opens the right profile. If you run three salons, use a different link for each, so reviews land on the right profile.

Can I use more than one review site?

Yes. Add up to 5 review sites for a location. Customers are shown one of those sites at random, whatever their rating.

Does Slot Flow post reviews for me?

No. Slot Flow never posts reviews. The link just opens the review site, and the customer decides what to write.
